Guys the Kabaddi world cup wasn't the last kabaddi tournament of the year in Toronto. Maybe for the superstars it was but not for the local seniors Smile
Sounds like loads of fun

hey i went to this tournament only for a little bit. It wasnt actually a proper tournament of kabaddi but it was mostly soccer. I was only there for about 15 minutes but all i saw was like childrens soccer matches going on and the seniors enjoying there time with fellow seniors sharing and talking about there past. It was more like a mela as it was on an open field of a bunch soccer pitches and tehre was like actvities going on.

Sukha the title does say "senior fun fair" lol
the last tournament part was just to stir up some excitement
spoke to a friend who said there was going to be an official tournament that weekend hosted by United Sports Club but I told him I highly doubted
Toronto season is officially ended right?

yea.. i wished there was still some tournaments left.. but theres no more kabaddi left in toronto until the 08 season. A year which will be even more exciting than this year with possibilities of more players who played in england in 07 coming to canada. Hopefully players like Manjit, and Rabo will come or even like Deepa Kaonke. Pappi Khera is one will be leaving england but not sure if he will play in toronto. If he does im very certain he will be playing for International.

Sukha we missed our chance to play with the seniors kabaddi, I couldn't make it not that I would go unless they let me play!
